- Bookings will be delivered through app , website and email after completeing payment. it may take from 5 minutes to 48 hours to recive the booking confirmation
- Tathkarah will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
- There is no charge on register user for registeration.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1- Full refund if Booking is not confirmed by provider
2- Partial refund, if customer request for cancelation. charge will apply additional to provider charges
3- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
4- In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment , a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
